Sauk Valley Container Corp. unloads 1980 Eastwood Drive, Sterling

On Dec. 31, Sterling Box Properties LLC purchased a property at 1980 Eastwood Drive, Sterling from Sauk Valley Container Corp. for $400,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $5,173.86, 1.29% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, this is the only property that sold in Sterling as of this publication.
