City of Dixon City Council met Feb. 20.

CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Hughes at 4:00pm.
ROLL CALL
Councilman Bishop, Considine, Oros, Venier, and Mayor Hughes answered roll call.
Absent: None
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The Pledge of Allegiance was cited.
VISITOR/PUBLIC COMMENT
None
WORK SESSION
City Manager Langloss gave an overview of the session and the next meeting schedules. He presented on the following budgets: General Fund Historical Revenue, General Fund, Economic Development, Administration, PR & Marketing, and Downtown Maintenance. Finance Director Leslie presented the Municipal budget. IT Manager Philhower presented the Information Technology budget. Building Official Shipman presented the Building & Zoning and Public Safety Building budgets. Police Chief Howell presented the Police Department budget and the Capital Improvement requests for the Police Department. Discussion ensued throughout the presentations.
Note: Councilman Oros left meeting at 4:44pm, returned at 4:45pm. Public Works Director/Assistant City Manager Heckman presented the Capital Improvement requests for the Airport and Administration, discussion ensued throughout. Veterans Park budget was discussed.

The meeting adjourned at 5:08pm.
