City of Rochelle Golf Course Advisory Committee met June 30.

Public Comments: None
Approve the minutes of the March 2025 meeting. Motion to accept by Don Geralds seconded by Lance Charnock. Motion passed 3-0
Financial Report—Mitch Hamilton: Total liabilities, equity and surplus as of May 31st, 2025. $51,405.57 Motion to accept the financial report was made by Lance Charnock.
Don Geralds seconded it. Motion Passed 3-0.
Golf Course Superintendent Report – Mitch Hamilton:
A) Rounds played as of May 31st, 2025; 4584 vs 2024 of 4482
B) Stumps removal and grinding have been completed.
C Trimming of the 4/6/7 triangle is scheduled to be completed. Clean up and grinding at #12 Tee Box is scheduled.
D) Two more loads of sand are to be delivered for 10,14 and 17 bunkers.
E) Play days scheduled for July; July 12th Hitter Scholarship, July 26th Moose.
Motion to Accept the report; Don Geralds, seconded by Lance Charnock. Motion passed 3-0.
