The Whiteside County Republican Central Committee will meet on Monday, Nov. 20, in Morrison, according to a news release. No meeting is planned for December.
All meetings begin with pizza and socializing at 6 p.m., followed by the formal gathering at 6:30 p.m.
The meetings are held at Happy Joe's, 109 West Main St., in the upstairs meeting room unless stated otherwise. Pizza and socializing will start at 6 p.m.
The Whiteside County Republicans is a political organization comprised of elected committee members from the 60 county precincts. The central committee is in charge of the organization's operations and promotions and is the county Republican Party's governing body.
All are welcome to attend and speak at the committee meetings, but the organization requires that speakers call or email Chairman Kurt Glazier at least one week in advance. Glazier can be reached at 815-441-4737 or kglazier67@gmail.com.
Candidates are allowed to speak at meetings without contacting the chairman first.
