Q1 real estate sales report: Orangeville

Median prices rose in Orangeville over last year, and are up 408.8 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to first quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From January to March, 1 home sold in Orangeville for a price of $139,900. That's 105.3 percent higher than median home sale prices for the first quarter of 2017.
