Q1 real estate sales report: Pearl City

Median prices rose in Pearl City over last year, and are up 11.5 percent over 8 years, adjusted for inflation, according to first quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From January to March, 7 homes sold in Pearl City for a median price of $83,500. That's 27.9 percent higher than median home sale prices for the first quarter of 2017.

In the first quarter, there were no foreclosures in Pearl City.
