•Alderman Robey: Looking for guidance from council members on the four lots the city owns.
•Alderman Arling would like to see the lots go up for sale. The people are looking to build.
•Alderman Shireman would like to keep the lots.

•Tori Lindeman-This is the annual fundraiser, would like to continue.

5. 18-1004Discussion and Possible Action to Approve Payout of Sick Leave for Tom Burns, Public
Works Employee of 400 Hours of Unused Sick Leave / Acting Mayor Robey
•Alderman Robey-October 1st, 2018 he became eligible and had enough hours for the 200-hour requirement.

•Alderman Robey- This pertains to the discussion on last meetings agenda for the loan options for the WWTP on deciding to go with a 20 or 25 year loan.

oAlderman Arling: Working on putting together a grant with the IDOT and the school district for repairing the roads. Will be setting up a meeting with the superintendent.
