City of Galena issued the following announcement on Nov. 8.
For the safety of all, the Galena River Trail and Galena Gateway Park (9300 Powder House Hill Road) will be closed during the upcoming deer hunting season. Dates are listed below.

November 29 & 30; December 1 & 2, 2018
