Q2 real estate sales report: Mount Morris

Median prices rose in Mount Morris over last year, and are up 12.6 percent over 2 years, adjusted for inflation, according to second quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From April to June, 5 homes sold in Mount Morris for a median price of $85,000. That's 12.6 percent higher than median home sale prices for the second quarter of 2017.

In the second quarter, there were no foreclosures in Mount Morris.
