Q3 real estate sales report: Yeoward Addition

Median prices rose in Yeoward Addition over last year, and are up 2.1 percent over 8 years, adjusted for inflation, according to third quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From July to September, 2 homes sold in Yeoward Addition for a median price of $20,775. That's 1.8 percent higher than median home sale prices for the third quarter of 2017.
