Q4 real estate sales report: Freeport

Median prices declined in Freeport over last year, and are down 98.2 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to fourth quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From October to December, 1 home sold in Freeport for a price of $1,251. That's 97.5 percent lower than median home sale prices for the fourth quarter of 2017.

In the fourth quarter, there were no foreclosures in Freeport.

Median property tax for homeowners in Freeport was $1,935.47 in 2016 according to tax data from that year. That means homeowners pay 3 percent of their home's value in taxes.
