How did Andrew Smith spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Republican Andrew Smith's election campaign committee, Citizens for Andrew T Smith, spent $8,599 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Smith's committee spent the most on signs in the quarter, with all those payments ($4,893) going to National in Plantation. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Smith's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
