How did John F Booker spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Democratic John F Booker's election campaign committee, Booker for Sheriff, spent $8,629 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Booker's committee spent the most on newspaper advertising in the quarter, with 81.8% of this total ($2,085) going to WNS Publications Inc. in Morrison. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Booker's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
