How did Kristopher Schmidt spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Republican Kristopher Schmidt's election campaign committee, Citizens for Schmidt, spent $12,233 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Schmidt's committee spent the most on mailing in the quarter, with all those payments ($7,570) going to Linc Strategy in Morris. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Schmidt's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
