Rock Falls home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Rock Falls rose by $10,000 while total sales increased by 4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 52 homes sold, with a median sale price of $57,500 - a 21.1% increase over the $47,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in Rock Falls in the fourth quarter of 2016.
