Fulton home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Fulton rose by $10,000 while total sales increased by 31.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $128,000 - a 8.5% increase over the $118,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Fulton in the fourth quarter of 2017.
