Morrison home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Morrison fell by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 3.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $90,000 - a 18.2% decrease over the $110,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Morrison in the fourth quarter of 2017.
