Tampico home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Tampico rose by $23,500 while total sales increased by 300%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $85,500 - a 37.9% increase over the $62,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Tampico in the fourth quarter of 2017.
