Pearl City home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Pearl City rose by $8,000 while total sales increased by 233.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $67,500 - a 13.4% increase over the $59,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Pearl City in the third quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Pearl City for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,542.80, approximately 3.8% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2017.
