Freeport home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Freeport fell by $20,189.50 while total sales decreased by 90.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $24,810.50 - a 44.9% decrease over the $45,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 61 homes sold in Freeport in the first quarter of 2017.
