Fenton home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Fenton fell by $33,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $162,250 - a 16.9% decrease over the $195,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Fenton in the second half of 2017.
