Lena home prices unchanged in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Lena was unchanged while total sales decreased by 37%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $80,000. There were 27 homes sold in Lena in the first half of 2016, and the median sales price for the period was also $80,000.
