Orangeville home prices fall in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Orangeville fell by $30,475 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $55,600 - a 35.4% decrease over the $86,075 median sale price for the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Orangeville in 2016.
