Rock Falls home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Rock Falls rose by $11,250 while total sales decreased by 38.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $62,000 - a 22.2% increase over the $50,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Rock Falls in April 2016.
