Ashton home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Ashton rose by $24,050 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $86,500 - a 38.5% increase over the $62,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Ashton in January 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Ashton for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,226, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for January 2018.
