Fulton home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Fulton fell by $19,360 while total sales remained unchanged with 14 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $112,500 - a 14.7% decrease over the $131,860 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Fulton in June 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in Fulton for 2017 was $2,337. In 2016, the median sales tax was $2,286. This marks an increase of 2.2%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.1%.
