Morrison home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Morrison rose by $3,000 while total sales increased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,000 - a 2.8% increase over the $107,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Morrison in June 2016.

The median sales tax in Morrison for 2017 was $2,219. In 2016, the median sales tax was $2,091. This marks an increase of 6.1%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2%.
