Fulton home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Fulton rose by $8,942 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $97,450 - a 10.1% increase over the $88,508 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Fulton in August 2016.

The median sales tax in Fulton for 2017 was $2,337. In 2016, the median sales tax was $2,286. This marks an increase of 2.2%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.4%.
