Oregon home prices rise in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Oregon rose by $44,956 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $83,000 - a 118.2% increase over the $38,044 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Oregon in May 2017.
