Rock Falls home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Rock Falls fell by $22,900 while total sales increased by 13.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $42,000 - a 35.3% decrease over the $64,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Rock Falls in November 2016.
