Erie home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Erie rose by $158,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $201,000 - a 367.4% increase over the $43,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Erie in March 2017.

The median sales tax in Erie for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,050, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for March 2018.
