Sterling home prices fall in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Sterling fell by $8,108 while total sales increased by 15.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $78,017 - a 9.4% decrease over the $86,125 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Sterling in May 2017.
