Fulton home prices rise in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Fulton rose by $26,550 while total sales increased by 83.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $124,000 - a 27.2% increase over the $97,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Fulton in August 2017.

The median sales tax in Fulton for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,337, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for August 2018.
