Morrison home prices fall in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Morrison fell by $16,450 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $103,500 - a 13.7% decrease over the $119,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Morrison in September 2017.

The median sales tax in Morrison for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,219, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for September 2018.
