Erie home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Erie rose by $750 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $83,750 - a 0.9% increase over the $83,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Erie in September 2017.

The median sales tax in Erie for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,050, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for September 2018.
