Erie home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Erie rose by $1,250 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $129,250 - a 1% increase over the $128,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Erie in November 2017.
