Freeport home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Freeport rose by $1,100 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $30,100 - a 3.8% increase over the $29,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Freeport in February 2016.

The median sales tax in Freeport for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,444, approximately 4.8% of the median home sale price for February 2017.
