Freeport home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Freeport rose by $29,925 while total sales increased by 59.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $79,900 - a 59.9% increase over the $49,975 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Freeport in June 2016.

The median sales tax in Freeport for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,444, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for June 2017.
