Freeport home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Freeport rose by $1,100 while total sales increased by 8.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $64,825 - a 1.7% increase over the $63,725 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Freeport in July 2016.

The median sales tax in Freeport for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,444, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for July 2017.
