Freeport home prices fall in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Freeport fell by $14,750 while total sales increased by 131.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $47,750 - a 23.6% decrease over the $62,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Freeport in October 2016.

The median sales tax in Freeport for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,444, approximately 3% of the median home sale price for October 2017.
