Freeport home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Freeport rose by $1,500 while total sales increased by 81.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $55,000 - a 2.8% increase over the $53,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Freeport in November 2016.

The median sales tax in Freeport for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,444, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for November 2017.
