Freeport home prices fall in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Freeport fell by $5,882 while total sales decreased by 80%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $24,218 - a 19.5% decrease over the $30,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Freeport in February 2017.

The median sales tax in Freeport for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,444, approximately 6% of the median home sale price for February 2018.
