Freeport home prices fall in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Freeport fell by $54,412 while total sales decreased by 92.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $11,589 - a 82.4% decrease over the $66,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Freeport in March 2017.

The median sales tax in Freeport for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,444, approximately 12.5% of the median home sale price for March 2018.
