Dixon home prices fall in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Dixon fell by $50,750 while total sales increased by 112.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $63,000 - a 44.6% decrease over the $113,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Dixon in January 2018.

The median sales tax in Dixon for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,987, approximately 3.2% of the median home sale price for January 2019.
