There was one offender released on parole during the first quarter living near Illinois zip code 61085, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by NW Illinois News.

The data shows that the man was released in the Illinois River zip code. The 38-year-old parolee wasn't a veteran.

He was sentenced to 1 year in prison for a crime against a person in 2017 when he was 36 years old.
