The youngest parolee was a 22-year-old male sentenced for a property crime in 2016, and the oldest was a 66-year-old male sentenced for a crime involving alcohol in 2018.
The offender who had been incarcerated the longest was Michael Meissen. Meissen was sentenced to 15 years in prison for a sex crime in 2005 when he was 31 years old. He is now 45.
