There was one offender released on parole during the third quarter living near Illinois zip code 61018, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by NW Illinois News.

The data shows that the man was released in the Vandalia zip code. The 23-year-old parolee wasn't a veteran.

He was sentenced to 3 years in prison for a property crime in 2017 when he was 21 years old.
