Fulton home prices fall in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Fulton fell by $14,701 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $97,799 - a 13.1% decrease over the $112,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Fulton in June 2017.
