Freeport home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Freeport rose by $36,412 while total sales increased by 950%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $48,000 - a 314.2% increase over the $11,589 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Freeport in March 2018.
