Albany home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Albany rose by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $122,500 - a 14% increase over the $107,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Albany in the second quarter of 2017.
